Refund policy

We do not accept returns on any items purchased. However, we offer store credit for exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Exchange: Clothing must be in new, unworn condition with the original tags still attached. The item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Items must not be damaged, washed, or altered.
  • Approval for Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Our store team must approve the item before store credit is issued. We will notify you of the approval status via email or text message.
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure your item reaches us safely.
  • Store Credit: Once the item is approved, store credit will be issued for the value of the exchanged item, which can be used on future purchases.
  • Non-Exchangeable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for exchange. Please contact us to ensure your item is eligible for an exchange.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may applied to exchanged items.

  • By following our care guidelines, you can ensure that your items remain in excellent condition, and we are confident that you will have no issues! Please note: The store is not responsible for any damage caused during washing or use.
